Role & responsibilities

Understanding Business Requirements:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to thoroughly understand the business needs and acceptance criteria for RPA processes. The product team will provide the business approved design process requirements during the finalized design walk-through session.
Test Case Design:
Develop detailed test cases based on workflows, covering functional, regression, and usability aspects of the RPA solution.
Secure/Prep Test Data:
Collaborate with business applications owner and/or product team to secure test data based on test cases designed prior to test execution. Create and setup test data as needed to ensure successful UAT execution.
Test Execution:
Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools,



simulating real-world user scenarios to identify potential issues with the RPA bots.
Defect Logging and Tracking:
Document identified defects clearly, including steps to reproduce, expected behaviors, and actual behaviors, and track their resolution through the development cycle. This includes record bot execution session.
User Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from end-users during testing to ensure the RPA solution meets their expectations and usability needs.
Regression Testing:
Perform regression testing to verify that recent changes or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
