Role Summary

We are looking for a Payment Gateway Operations Executive to support payment gateway applications, documentation, onboarding progress and post-activation coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and organise payment gateway application documents.
- Track application status, pending requirements, feedback and next actions.
- Coordinate document corrections, supplementary information and internal follow-up.
- Maintain relationships with assigned payment gateways after MID activation.
- Report restrictions, configuration issues, delays and material status changes.
- Maintain accurate application records, partner requirements and operating notes.




- Support the partnerships team with onboarding, testing and issue resolution.

Requirements

- 24 years of experience in payment operations, merchant onboarding, fintech operations or payment gateway coordination.
- Understanding of KYC, merchant documentation and payment gateway application processes.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-up capability.
- Valuable written and spoken English.
- Comfortable managing multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Able to identify issues and escalate them with complete supporting information.
