Key Responsibilities

- Salary Structuring & Payroll: Design CTC structures/breakups, process monthly payroll, attendance inputs, deductions, and Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
- Statutory Compliance: Calculate and manage monthly deductions and compliances for PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF as per statutory rules.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Issue Offer/Appointment letters, collect KYC documents, map IDs/access, and maintain HRMS master records.
- BGV (Background Verification): Coordinate with vendors for candidate background checks and monitor TAT.
- Exit Management: Manage resignations, notice periods, asset recovery, and issue relieving/experience letters.
- Query Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding salary, payslips, deductions, and tax.
- MIS & Reports: Maintain employee lifecycle trackers, payroll registers, and periodic HR reports.

Key Requirements & Skills





- Advanced MS Excel (Mandatory): Hands-on expertise in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and CONCATENATE.
- Statutory Rules: Solid grasp of calculation formulas and rules for PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
- HR Lifecycle Knowledge: End-to-end experience handling onboarding to exit formalities.
- Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with any standard HRMS / Payroll software.

Weekly Off - Every month 2nd and 4th Sat Off + Banking Holidays

Job Location: Goregaon - DLH Park(Hardly 15 min Walking from the Goregaon Station)

Third Party payroll Role but Candidate will be working in Reputed Credit Card banking Company
