Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day factory production and operations.
- Manage and coordinate workers and ensure proper task allocation.
- Monitor production targets, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain daily production, stock, attendance, and operational records.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, grading, packing, and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with the management and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
- Ensure SOPs and company processes are followed properly.
- Identify operational issues and report them to management on time.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
- 0-1 years of experience in factory/production supervision,



preferably in FMCG/Food Processing (Freshers also welcome with basic computer knowledge and good communication skills)

- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and workers effectively.
- Female candidates only.
