Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding coordination.
- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/panel members.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Manage offer discussions, follow-ups, negotiations, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and hiring turnaround time.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and MIS for management.




- Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment documentation and processes are maintained accurately.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
