The Manager will handle end-to-end campus recruitment, stakeholder management, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Position Overview:

This multi-faced role plays a pivotal role in our organization's talent acquisition and brand-building efforts. The incumbent will be not just responsible for recruiting talent but also for building relationships, representing the Soliton brand, and helping foster educational excellence in our partner institutions.

Job Description:

Campus Hiring:

- Design and execute a comprehensive campus hiring strategy and plan that is aligned with the company's talent acquisition goals and objectives.
- Identify target campuses and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including principals, placement officers, faculty members, and student clubs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored campus recruitment plans for specific roles and departments.
- Continuously assess and refine the campus hiring strategy based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the hiring team to optimize the campus hiring process, improve candidate quality, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment events, encompassing campus drives, pre-placement talks, and technical and cultural fit assessments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination of logistics, branding materials, interview schedules, and candidate evaluations.

Employer Branding and Relationship Building:

- Cultivate a robust employer brand presence on campuses by organizing workshops, guest lectures, hackathons, and other engaging activities.
- Forge strong and enduring relationships with placement officers, principals, professors, and student clubs.




- Collaborate with colleges to design and coordinate the delivery of value-based credit courses aligned with academic objectives.
- Promote the Soliton brand in tech seminars, symposiums, tech fests, conferences, and such events.
- Participate in the assessments done by accreditation bodies to share feedback about the college, students, and their performance.
- Collaborate with faculty to establish and maintain state-of-the-art technology laboratories, enabling hands-on learning experiences for students.
- Contribute to the development of technical faculty development programs, to augment the capabilities and knowledge of the teaching staff.

- Work Location (Chennai): This role will require working from the office (WFO) for the first 12 months. Based on individual performance and business requirements, a remote or hybrid work option may be considered after one year.
