Role: Senior Accountant / Accounting & Finance Manager, India

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 5-10 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accounting & finance professional to manage the company's end-to-end accounting operations and India statutory compliances.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles and practices.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances.
- Working knowledge of FEMA and RBI requirements relating to foreign remittances.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounting and compliance activities.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet statutory and management reporting deadlines.




- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, employees, auditors, consultants, and management.

Educational Qualification:

Mandatory:

•Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field.

Preferred:

- CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.

Preferred Experience:

- Candidates with experience in any of the following environments will be preferred:
- IT Services / IT Staffing
- Software/technology companies
- Companies having foreign clients or overseas operations
- Companies handling foreign inward/outward remittances
- Multi-entity accounting environments
- Companies using QuickBooks or Zoho Books
