JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To head the overall Ready Mix Concrete Plant Operations
2. To execute the business plan of the organization.
3. Hands on experience in maintaining the machinery operations .
4. Should be well versed in operations & maintenance.
5. Knowledge in Quality Standards and concrete grades.
6. implementation of the QC and QA activities.
7. To look after the Sales and Marketing activities.
8. To mantain the recruit the manapower.
9. To maintain and operate the logistics operations of the plant.
10. Prepare policies for the plant.
11. Demonstrate technical presentation to the customers

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Effective leadership, communication & interpersonal skill with solid analytical and problem solving abilities.

B.E / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical having experience in operations and day to day activitties of Commercial Ready Mix Concrete Plants.

Candidates should know speak Tamil and Hindi

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
