Key Responsibilities:

- Train learners on US communication styles, business etiquette, and workplace culture.
- Assess participants' communication skills and develop personalized improvement plans.
- Deliver engaging classroom training sessions.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct mock conversations, role plays, and presentation practice.
- Track learner progress and prepare training reports.
- Collaborate with operations and learning teams to meet training objectives.
- Stay updated on best practices in voice, accent, and communication training.
