- Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle and Preparation of financial statements , Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting, principles (GAAP) and regulations
- Prepare monthly MIS, Review and analyse financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management,Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare financial projections for Senior Management team
- Lead and mentor the Accounting Team (Team of 5 ppl)
- Work with team to complete month-end and year-end closing off processes
