Legal Counsel | 5-12 Years | Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore
Job Title: Legal Counsel
Experience: 5-12 Years
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate IT/BPO contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and procurement agreements.
- Ensure contractual, legal, and regulatory compliance.
- Independently handle contract negotiations with minimal supervision.
- Support legal and business teams on commercial transactions and risk management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
- 5-12 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating IT/BPO contracts.
- Solid understanding of technology, outsourcing, SaaS, licensing, and commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and self-driven approach.
Preferred:
- Experience in IT/ITES, Outsourcing, Technology Licensing, or AI-related agreements.
