Interview Collection Executive Role

We are hiring Collection Executives and inviting eligible candidates for a interview.
Time: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
Venue: Novel Tech Park

Experience : 0 to 4 Years
Address: No. 46/4, Hosur Road, Kudlu Gate, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area, Garvebhavipalya, Bengaluru 560068

Role: Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep track of assigned accounts and identify outstanding debts.
- Plan an appropriate course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Locate and contact debtors regarding their payment status.
- Negotiate payment deadlines or payment plans.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.

Eligibility:

- 12th / 2nd PUC is mandatory.
- Mandatory Language is English and Hindi + 1 additional language.
- Candidates with relevant collection experience are preferred.
