Job Description

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer Associate with 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital design, branding, and graphics production. In this role, you will collaborate with Creative Leads to produce high-quality art files for advertising, online media, and communication materials while maintaining visual consistency and client brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Production: Create original design ideas, layouts, and high-quality visual art files for advertising, digital media, interactive PDFs, and visual storytelling across campaigns.
- Asset Creation: Design and assemble static and animated banners for online advertising, as well as vectors and digital artwork.
- Brand Guidelines: Interpret and apply client branding guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all creative deliverables.
- Quality Assurance:



Perform self-directed QA on all design assets to ensure technical accuracy, proper image optimization, cropping, and web/mobile standard compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with Creative Leads and cross-functional teams to execute design strategies and facilitate project requirements effectively.

Technical & Professional Requirements

- Primary Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Secondary Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Core Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, layout, and balance) and universal interaction principles.
- Asset Optimization: Familiarity with image optimization, bitmap image manipulation, bitmap-to-vector conversion, and saving assets for web and mobile projects.
- Print Standards: Basic understanding of digital and offset printing processes.
