Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical support.
- - 4-15 years of experience in ITAM (IT Asset Management) and ITOM. FSO is an added advantage
Job Requirements :
- Robust understanding of ServiceNow development principles and best practices.
- Experience with Snow development tools such as scripting languages like JavaScript or HTML.
