IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals while managing the recruitment process from initial candidate identification through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

- Understand technical requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills, and organizational fit.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate recruitment records.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer releases.

- Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.

- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for current and future hiring requirements.

- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.

- Stay updated on IT industry trends, technical skills, and hiring-market conditions.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 25 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of IT roles such as Software Developer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Business Analyst, etc.

- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

- Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.

- Experience with ATS/recruitment CRM systems.

- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

- Experience handling both IT and niche technology positions.
