Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage finance control processes to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in finance or accounting role in NBFC industry.
- Solid knowledge of IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools such as Excel or ERP systems.
