Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and technically solid BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across projects. The candidate will be responsible for establishing BIM standards, managing BIM coordination, ensuring model quality, and supporting project teams in delivering coordinated and accurate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM coordination, along with a good understanding of architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, protocols, workflows and execution plans for projects.
- Lead BIM implementation across multiple projects and ensure compliance with project-specific BIM requirements.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models including Architecture, Structure and MEP.
- Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, constructability and compliance with project standards.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using tools such as Navisworks and Revit.
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors and project teams.
- Identify and resolve design and coordination issues before construction.
- Establish and maintain BIM project templates, families, libraries and modelling standards.
- Monitor BIM deliverables, model health, Level of Development (LOD), naming conventions and information requirements.
- Ensure effective use of Common Data Environment (CDE) and proper document/model management.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and related project documentation.
- Provide technical guidance, training and support to BIM Coordinators, BIM Modelers and project teams.




- Coordinate model exchange and information requirements between internal and external stakeholders.
- Support quantity take-off, scheduling, 4D/5D BIM and other digital construction initiatives where required.
- Maintain BIM quality-control procedures and conduct periodic model audits.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies, standards and industry best practices.
- Assist senior management in developing and improving the organization's overall BIM strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering or a related field.
- 812 years of relevant experience, preferably with significant experience in a BIM management/coordination role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Proficiency in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination between Architecture, Structure and MEP.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, LOD and information management.
- Experience in preparing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Good understanding of construction processes and design coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ACC / BIM 360 or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 principles and BIM information-management processes.
- Experience with Dynamo, Revit automation or other BIM automation tools.
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, institutional or infrastructure projects.
- BIM certification or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
