Job Title: SSM Sr. Analyst

Qualification: B.Com Graduate from Bangalore University 2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs

Experience: 0 Years Freshers Only (No Prior Work Experience)

Must Have Skills

- B.Com graduate with a basic interest in the General Insurance / P&C; Insurance domain
- Willingness to learn P&C; insurance processes and the policy life cycle
- Good English communication skills
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have Skills

- Basic knowledge of General Insurance / P&C; Insurance
- Basic understanding of claims and customer servicing
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Support & Analysis

- Support claims, policy administration, and customer service operations
- Assist in tracking performance metrics such as FCR, AHT, and SLA adherence

P&C; Insurance

- Learn and support P&C; insurance processes, including claims, underwriting,



and customer servicing
- Support compliance with internal insurance servicing guidelines

Process Improvement

- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve workflows and service quality
- Support root cause analysis for service-related issues

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Coordinate with Operations, Claims, Underwriting, and IT teams
- Support communication between business and technical teams

Location: Bangalore

CTC: 3.75 LPA
