Job Summary
We are looking for talented Software Engineers to join our team and build a next-generation UAV Simulator and Ground Control Station (GCS) platform.
We are hiring engineers across Frontend and Backend development to build real-time, mission-critical software for UAV simulation, telemetry, mission planning, monitoring, and Command & Control (C2).
The platform involves real-time data processing, UAV simulation, telemetry, mapping, mission execution, flight monitoring, and communication between the simulator and GCS.
Candidates with experience in UAV, drone, aviation, aerospace, defence, robotics, simulation, or real-time systems will have an added advantage.
1. Frontend Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the GCS frontend including map views, mission planner, telemetry dashboards, UAV status panels, and command/control interfaces.
- Implement real-time UI updates using WebSocket/SSE telemetry streams.
- Develop waypoint editors, geofence/no-fly-zone visualization, and mission upload/download workflows.
- Build flight instrument displays for attitude, altitude, speed, heading, battery status, etc.
- Develop multi-UAV monitoring and mission playback/replay interfaces.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers.
- Integrate REST and WebSocket APIs.
- Optimize frontend performance for real-time telemetry, maps, charts, and live vehicle tracking.
- Develop modular, reusable, testable, and maintainable frontend components.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with React.js or equivalent modern frontend framework.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript.
- Experience with component-based architecture.
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar state-management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with WebSocket / SSE and real-time applications.
- Experience integrating REST and WebSocket APIs.
- Strong debugging and frontend performance-optimization skills.
Good to Have
- Mapbox, Cesium, Leaflet, OpenLayers, or Google Maps APIs.
- GeoJSON, GIS, and coordinate systems.
- Electron or Tauri.
- Charting and time-series visualization libraries.
- QGroundControl or Mission Planner.
- MAVLink, ArduPilot, or PX4.
- UAV/drone simulation or robotics experience.
2. Backend Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the UAV simulation engine covering position, velocity, attitude, flight modes, takeoff, landing, RTL, and fault/event simulation.
- Build real-time telemetry generation and streaming pipelines using WebSocket / UDP / TCP.
- Implement mission execution logic including waypoint navigation, mission validation, and geofence enforcement.
- Build and maintain MAVLink-class communication between simulator and GCS clients.
- Design and develop REST and WebSocket APIs consumed by frontend applications.
- Implement mission and telemetry logging with playback/replay support.
- Support multi-UAV simulation and concurrent UAV instances.
- Apply asynchronous and concurrent programming patterns for low-latency, high-frequency data processing.
- Develop scalable, testable, and maintainable backend services.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with C++ / Go / Rust may also be considered for performance-critical components.
- Robust understanding of async programming, concurrency, multithreading, or multiprocessing.
- Experience developing REST APIs and WebSocket services.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent backend frameworks.
- Working knowledge of TCP / UDP networking.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and state machines.
Good to Have
- Redis, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, Kafka, or other pub/sub/message-queue systems.
- Microservices architecture.
- Time synchronization or high-frequency data pipelines.
- PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, or similar databases.
- Telemetry and log-storage systems.
- MAVLink, PyMAVLink, or MAVSDK.
- ArduPilot, PX4, or SITL experience.
- QGroundControl or Mission Planner.
- UAV/drone/robotics simulation experience.

Education
