Job Summary:

The Last Mile Hub In-Charge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a last-mile delivery hub. The role focuses on ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations, timely dispatch of shipments, team management, compliance, and achieving operational KPIs while maintaining high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily hub operations, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.
- Ensure all shipments are processed and dispatched within SLA timelines.
- Monitor key operational metrics such as dispatch adherence, delivery success rate, and productivity.
- Lead and supervise Hub Assistants, Team Leads, Wishmasters, Delivery Executives, and support staff.




- Plan manpower allocation and shift rosters to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with transportation teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Monitor inventory of hub assets, consumables, and packaging materials.
- Handle escalations related to deliveries, customers, and operations.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
