Role and Responsibilities
• Should be able to write simple SQL queries independently
• Ensure the RFIDs are functioning correctly, performing regular maintenance and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS hardware and software.
• Ensure the smooth operation of store activities, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and available for customers.

Required Skills
• 5+ years experience in supporting day to day Store operations in Retail industry
• Should be hands on Incident and Service desk management and other support operations
• Excellent communication skills to interact with Store associates
Valuable experience writing simple SQL queries
• Good experience on inventory management
• Good experience leading support teams
• Knowledge on network is additional advantage
• Knowledge on Java programming language is added advantage
• Exposure to on Store Technologies like RFID, POS, Store devices etc
