We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Svenska Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and supervision, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and mentor new team members,



providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
