A rapidly growing premium sports nutrition brand is looking for a CRM & Retention Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Email & WhatsApp marketing automation campaigns

• Develop and execute customer lifecycle and retention strategies

• Drive abandoned cart recovery and subscription programs

• Manage loyalty, referral, and customer segmentation initiatives

• Analyze customer behavior to improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value (LTV)

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and engagement

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing,



or Lifecycle Marketing

• Experience working with D2C brands, startups, FMCG, sports nutrition, wellness, beauty, or consumer brands

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp Automation tools

• Solid analytical skills with a data-driven approach to customer retention and growth
