Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Analyst to support the delivery of accurate and timely fund accounting services for private equity and hedge fund clients. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements including NAV calculations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The Analyst will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for preparing/ reviewing the preparation and review of financial statements for clients. Comply with GAAP. Liaise with onshore team. Problem solving. Timely escalations. Upkeep knowledge.
- Review monthly NAV statements for a large platform of hedge funds and fund of funds to ensure accuracy of information produced by administrator.
- Assistance in reviewing tax work papers and K1s - Perform detailed review of Tax Returns (1065 returns), tax work papers, calculations, and other workings.
- Timely raise any issues identified to the seniors and managers so that quality and turnaround time are not impacted.
- Monitoring and control processing gaps. creating step action procedures as needed.




- Ability to manage ad-hoc requests and special projects as necessary.
- Assist compliance team with regulatory filings.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.

Qualifications

- Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant having 0-2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, robust excel skills a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing final presentations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach; willingness to dive deep into anything.
- Ability to problem solve and identify alternative solutions to complex situations.
- Ability to work autonomously and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Should have good article ship / strong experience with exposure to finance systems.
