Develop detailed financial models to assess the feasibility and profitability of new

projects, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and RoI evaluations

Build and maintain a repository of financial models for different types of commercial and infrastructure projects

Study in detail tenders and bid documents for various projects, identify points of discussion, and provide recommendations based on financial viability and alignment with business objectivesRole & responsibilities.

Develop, implement, and maintain MIS to track project-level performance and operational metrics. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership

5. Develop annual operating plans for the operational projects based on historical performance and future growth potential

6. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

7. Collaborate with on-ground teams and cross-functional teams (accounts, tech) to monitor the performance of ongoing projects.

8. Provide regular updates on performances and variances and present data-driven insights to leadership that contribute to actionable business strategies.

Support the leadership team in decision-making by providing information on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities via secondary research

10. Prepare and present reports and analyses to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

Preferred candidate profile

At least 3 years of experience in financial modeling, bid evaluation, and business analysis, preferably within the airports, transportation, or infrastructure sectors

2. Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and a solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices, such as DCF and financial statements

3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and excellent Excel skills, including the use of charts, macros, and VBA

4. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills

5. Robust attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR
