Key skills/competencies we are looking for include:
Experience testing in Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience using Postman to support testing.
Experience with test planning & design, execution, and reporting.
Experience writing SOQL queries to support testing.
Experience in functional testing of Salesforce UI components.
Experience querying relational databases to support testing activities.
Experience querying Salesforce objects using SOQL.
Reviewing & understanding system requirements.
Experience with full SDLC/STLC.
Troubleshoot issues, root cause analysis & defect triage
Create and execute test plans according to pre-defined standards.
Preferred
Experience with insurance calculators.
Experience with OmniStudio.
Experience with the testing of integrated procedures.
Experience running APEX queries on the Salesforce developer tool.
