Managing Statutory Approvals and Shutdown Arrangements:

- Ensure timely acquisition of all statutory approvals required for execution and operational activities.
- Plan and manage shutdown arrangements, working closely with relevant teams and authorities to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Administration of Work Permits (PTW):

- Oversee the management of all necessary work permits, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the PTW system to ensure its effectiveness and mitigate risks during execution.

Liaison with Statutory and Regulatory Authorities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory and regulatory bodies such as SLDC, STU, EI, and MSEDCL.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the company and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Ensuring Adherence to Safety Standards:





- Promote and implement a robust safety culture by enforcing compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure prompt addressing of any non-compliance or hazards.

Monitoring SLAs and O&M; Activities:

- Oversee the implementation and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with service providers like AWS and Siemens to ensure smooth coordination.
- Review performance metrics regularly and address escalations to maintain operational excellence.
- This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities while adhering to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and effective coordination with service providers.
