Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Oversee site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale building construction projects (>50 Cr).

- Solid understanding of civil project management principles and practices.
