Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including planning, execution, and control of all activities.
- Oversee dispatch and warehouse functions to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers for smooth inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure accurate inward processing and maintain a clean and organized warehouse setting.
- Develop strategies to optimize storage capacity utilization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of experience in retail industry with expertise in store management, store planning, dispatch, warehouse, inward processes.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale retail stores with multiple locations.
