Role & Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Telecalling Representative within the BFSI sector, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and handle complaints effectively
- Handle calls in accordance with defined quality standards
- Convert leads generated from various platforms into loan disbursements by coordinating with the Credit team to ensure timely collection of required documents and applications
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling for financial products preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
