Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Counsellors to counsel students/parents and drive enrollments for our K12, IIT-JEE & NEET programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their requirements.
- Counsel and guide students on suitable K12, IIT-JEE and NEET programs.
- Explain course offerings, benefits, fees and other relevant details.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
- Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales.
- Solid communication and counselling skills.
- Good convincing and sales abilities.




- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in selling education programs will be preferred.

Compensation & Work Details

- Salary: Up to 5 LPA + incentives.
- Salary may be 1015% higher than the candidate's last drawn salary, subject to discussion.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Rotational Off: Yes.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Interview Mode: Virtual.
- Openings: 10.
- Location: Noida.
