The role involves managing an assigned NRI portfolio, delivering premium customer service, driving revenue through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow NRI customer relationships.
- Achieve revenue targets through investments, liabilities, assets, cards, and cross-sell products.
- Drive CASA deepening and NTB lead generation.
- Deliver superior customer experience and portfolio management.
- Provide market updates and investment solutions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize digital banking tools for end-to-end customer support.

Eligibility
