Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
- Hands-on execution and supervision of RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and related activities.
- Supervise building finishing works including masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting and other finishing activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site teams for smooth execution of activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check drawings, measurements and specifications and ensure work is executed as per approved requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Identify site-level execution issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports,



measurements and other required site documentation.

Experience & Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution
- Hands-on experience in RCC works and Building Finishes is preferred
- Experience in Residential / Commercial / School construction projects will be an added advantage
- Positive understanding of civil construction methods, materials, drawings and site execution processes
- Knowledge of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works
- Good coordination and communication skills with contractors and site teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety and timely execution
