- Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Work on Contract, and Full-Time requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Build robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication (MUST)

- Sourcing & Screening:Find top talent using platforms like Indeed ,



CV-Library, co.ukand LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Compliance Management:Ensure full adherence to labor laws, employment rights, right-to-work regulations, and GDPR guidelines.
- End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the complete hiring life cycle, from job posting and initial phone screens to interview coordination and offer management .
- Market Advisory:Advise hiring managers on compensation benchmarks, standard benefits, workplace pensions, and market trends.
- Candidate Experience:Build strong relationships with candidates and provide clear communication.

Qualification: Any Degree/ Diploma Freshers

Work Shift Timings : UK - 12.30-9.30PM

Direct Walkin : From 2 PM to 6 PM on weekdays
