Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls, understand their requirements, and explain suitable insurance products and plans.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 12th
- Kannada is mandatory
- Good communication skills in Kannada & English
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with Telesales / Sales experience are preferred
- Insurance sales experience will be an added advantage

Salary & Incentives

- Freshers: Up to 25,000 CTC candidates with excellent communication skills
- Experienced Sales Candidates: Up to 30,000 CTC
- Unlimited Incentives based on performance

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
- Explain insurance products, benefits, and plans
- Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned sales targets
