Role & responsibilities:

- Identify and close new kitchen locations through brokers/landlords

- Conduct market surveys and negotiate commercial terms (rent, deposit, CAM, etc.)

- Manage lease agreements, registrations, and site handovers

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely store launches

- Oversee facility management, utilities, and vendor operations

- Ensure compliance (FSSAI, fire NOC, licenses, etc.) and renewals

- Handle admin operations, cost control, and issue resolution

- Maintain MIS, rent trackers, invoices, and payment processes

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in BD/Admin/Expansion (Cloud Kitchen/QSR/Retail preferred)

- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and multitasking skills

- Valuable understanding of commercial leasing and operations

- Proficient in Excel and reporting
