- We are looking for an experienced and proactive Event Operations Executive to manage and coordinate the operational aspects of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, experiential events and live events.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, production teams and internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution of events from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities : -

- Coordinate end-to-end operational activities for assigned events.
- Understand event briefs and prepare operational plans and execution checklists.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, production agencies and event partners.
- Manage venue visits, site inspections and event readiness.
- Coordinate stage, stalls, branding, fabrication, AV, signage, furniture and event infrastructure.
- Manage event logistics, transportation, manpower and material movement.
- Supervise on-ground event setup and execution.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor vendor activities and ensure work is completed according to approved requirements.




- Handle last-minute operational changes and coordinate quick solutions in office.
- Maintain event schedules, checklists, vendor details and operational documentation.
- Support budget-related coordination and vendor quotations where required.
- Coordinate event dismantling and post-event activities.
- Prepare basic post-event reports and documentation.
- Travel to different venues and locations as required for event execution.
