Role Purpose
The Manager Accounting & External Reporting will play a critical leadership role in strengthening the financial integrity, governance, and external reporting agenda for the India business.
This is a senior finance role responsible not only for ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting, but also for driving strong controllership, audit readiness, risk management, process excellence, and leadership-level financial governance.
The role will lead a team and work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Business Units, Supply Chain Finance, Tax, Treasury, Internal Controls, Shared Services, and external auditors.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that business performance is reported accurately, risks are identified early, controls are robust, and external reporting standards are upheld with the highest level of discipline.

Candidate Profile:
Education
- Chartered Accountant is mandatory.
Experience
- Around 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in accounting, controllership, external reporting, audit, and financial governance.
- Experience in managing teams is key.
- Prior exposure to large multinational, listed, FMCG, manufacturing, or complex matrix organizations will be preferred.
- Candidates with a combination of accounting/external reporting and finance business partnering experience will be highly relevant.
