Desired Candidate Profile:

The Visualizer is responsible for leading high-quality visual design output across digital and

print platforms. The role demands strong conceptual thinking, brand sensitivity, design craft,

speed, and the ability to guide junior designers while ensuring consistent, campaign-ready

work.

The Visualizer will collaborate closely with Creative, Copy, Content/Strategy, and Account

teams to translate briefs into compelling key visuals, campaign creatives, brand systems, and

production-ready assets.

1. Creative Output & Quality

Ability to conceptualize and design high-impact visuals (KVs, campaign assets, social

creatives, print collaterals) aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

2. Brand Consistency & Visual Systems

Ensure robust brand ownership through consistent typography, layout systems, grids, colour

discipline, and template creation across ongoing accounts.

3. Timeliness, Productivity & Workflow Management

Efficiently plan and execute deliverables within timelines while maintaining clean file structures

and production readiness.





ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Core Responsibilities

- Translate creative briefs into concept boards, key visuals, layouts, and production-

ready creatives

- Design social media creatives, ad systems, print collaterals, OOH adaptations,

retail creatives, pitch decks

- Develop KV + adaptation ecosystems (master KV multi-format rollout across

platforms)

- Ensure brand consistency across typography, composition, colour, and imagery
- Maintain organized editable files, export sets, and version control

SKILLS & TOOLS

Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (bonus: After Effects basics), Figma

Understanding: Layout systems, typography, grids, visual hierarchy, brand tonality, production

specs (print + digital)

Soft Skills: Communication, ownership, multitasking, mentoring, problem-solving, feedback

handling

Added Advantage: AI-assisted design workflows, mock-up/3D preview tools, basic motion

sense for design-to-motion handoffs
