Job Description:

We are Looking for a technically skilled resource to support client onboarding, API integration, and troubleshooting activities. The role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and developers to ensure smooth implementation and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in onboarding onto SmartPay platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process

- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms

- Troubleshoot client issues at both functional and code levels, ensuring timely resolution

- Prepare and maintain API documentation

- Collaborate with PrimeSoft developer team to diagnose and resolve technical issues

- Support TBG team in template configuration and setup

- Identify , track, and discuss bugs or issues with the project team for resolution

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during integration and post-implementation phases

Required Skills Qualifications

- Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration concepts





- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)

- Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., PHP, Java or similar)

- Ability to troubleshoot issues at both functional and technical levels

- Experience in writing technical/API documentation

- Valuable understanding of debugging and issue tracking processes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with payment systems or fintech platforms ( SmartPay or similar)

- Familiarity with template configuration and system setup

- Experience working with cross-functional teams

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills

- Strong coordination and teamwork abilities

- Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
