Hiring: IBM FileNet & Datacap Developer | 7+ Years

We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet & Datacap Developer to join our team.

Key Skills Required

- Strong experience with IBM FileNet P8, ICM, CPE, CE, PE & ICN

- Hands-on experience with IBM Datacap OCR, document capture, classification, recognition, validation & data extraction

- End-to-end Datacap to FileNet document capture and repository integration

- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, XML & JSON

- Experience in workflow development, case management, business process automation, event actions & queue management

- Hands-on with Datacap Studio, Datacap Navigator, FastDoc, Application Manager,



Fingerprint & OCR engines

- Knowledge of Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 and SQL performance optimization

- Experience with FileNet security, metadata, object stores, document lifecycle & records governance

- Robust deployment, migration, troubleshooting & production support experience

- Agile/Scrum experience with strong analytical and communication skills

Good to Have

- IBM BAW / CP4BA / ODM

- Azure / AWS / IBM Cloud

- Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift

- Jenkins / Maven / SonarQube / Git / CI/CD

- Spring Boot / Microservices / Kafka / Elasticsearch
