- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer-facing coordination, or back-office sales support in a manufacturing/industrial workplace - candidates should be comfortable owning both the customer-facing and documentation side of the sales cycle.
- Strong ownership and prioritization skills - able to juggle enquiry handling, proposal drafting, and follow-up without close supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage direct customer enquiries end-to-end - enquiry logging, technical-commercial offer preparation, quotation follow-up, and order closure.
- Draft and issue proposals, technical data sheets, quotations, and related documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers, respond to inbound inquiries promptly, and ensure continuity of communication across the sales cycle.




- Coordinate internally with production and engineering teams for accurate delivery timelines and technical specifications.
- Maintain and update customer records, enquiry logs, quotation logs, and follow-up schedules proactively.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and channel partners as required.
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities via GeM, CPPP, and other portals when relevant; prepare and submit bids where applicable.
- Own data entry, report generation, and documentation control with accuracy and timeliness.

Preferences

- Candidates currently residing in or around Vasai.
- Familiarity with valves, instrumentation products, or related industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with tender portals (GeM, CPPP) and prior experience with government tenders is a plus.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation / Production / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
