Role Overview

- We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale programs and complex projects.
- Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
- Experience in enterprise or product-based environments preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Program & Project Leadership Lead multiple concurrent projects/programs with full ownership of delivery
- Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and success criteria
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, QA, and business teams
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget
- Manage and mentor large teams (30-50+ members) across functions
- Drive resource planning, allocation, and utilization optimization
- Manage team capacity planning based on sprint velocity and backlog
- Foster a high-performance, cooperative team culture
- Project Planning & Execution - Own detailed project planning, estimation, and scheduling
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to project management lifecycle (initiation closure)




- Track dependencies and ensure seamless execution
- Risk & Issue Management (Key Focus Area) Proactively identify, assess

Required Skills

- The candidate should have successfully led cross-functional teams of 30-50+ members, driven end-to-end project lifecycles, and demonstrated excellence in risk management, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
- This role requires hands-on expertise with Agile tools (Jira / Azure DevOps) and the ability to deliver predictable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Business; PMP / PgMP / Scrum Master certification preferred
- Experience 13-15+ years of experience in project/program management
- Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and teams (30-50+)

Good to Have

- Experience in enterprise or product-based environments
