- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design, analysis, and calculations for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Execute detailed engineering tasks including load calculations, member design, and preparation of design documentation.
- Review and verify structural drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with drafting teams for preparation and checking of drawings and models.
- Utilize structural design software such as STAAD Pro and other relevant tools for analysis and design.
- Work with drafting and coordination software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Develop working knowledge of applicable structural codes, standards, and industry guidelines (e.g., IS Codes, international standards where applicable).
- Assist in the design and detailing of secondary steel structures (experience in this area will be an advantage).
- Support senior engineers in project execution, technical discussions, and problem-solving.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and effectively communicate technical inputs.
