Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the fund accounting team to ensure accurate and timely calculation of net asset values (NAV) for private equity funds.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing internal controls and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in fund accounting or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of private equity investment structures, including partnerships and limited liability companies.
- Proficiency in NAV calculations using various software tools such as Investran or similar platforms.
