- Prepares orders by processing customer requests; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in shipping area; pack and
- process transportation paperwork. Ensure all expedited orders and orders marked OTD are pulled and shipped. Pack, Label, Verify
- orders with special attention to customer specific SOP.
- Processes Grove pick tickets and provide a copy of packing slip to customer service.
- Maintains quality service by following organizational standards and SOP s. Follows one piece flow when moving inventory record
- accuracy with all picks being verified by secondary person.
- Maintains safe and clean work workplace by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat and orderly through utilization
- of the 5s program.
- Maintains PIT by completing preventive maintenance requirements; and arranging for repairs.
- Completes deliveries by driving box truck.
- Completes web-based safety training as directed by corporate initiatives.
- Completes reports by entering required information.




- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Completes monthly Gemba walks for entire facility.
- Be able to operate forklift and cherry picker safely and effectively.
- Performs ancillary duties as needed.
