CAE Engineer (Fresher)

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field

Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher CAE Engineers with knowledge of Hyper Mesh for finite element model creation and meshing activities. The candidate will support simulation engineers in preparing high-quality FE models for structural analysis, durability, and NVH studies.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 2D and 3D finite element meshes using Altair Hyper Mesh.
- Perform geometry cleanup and defeaturing of CAD models.
- Generate shell, solid, and tetra meshes based on quality criteria.
- Assign material properties, thickness, and component properties.




- Conduct mesh quality checks and rectify failed elements.
- Prepare FE models for structural, durability, and crash analyses.
- Support CAE teams in per-processing activities.
- Maintain project documentation and mesh reports.
- Work closely with design and simulation teams.

Required Skills :

- Valuable knowledge of Hyper Mesh.
- Understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) concepts.
- Knowledge of meshing techniques (2D & 3D Meshing).
- Familiarity with geometry cleanup and model preparation.
- Understanding of engineering mechanics and strength of materials.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
