Job Summary

Position Title: Operations Executive. Job Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Experience required: 0 - 4 years. Job Type: Full time.

Responsibilities

- Organising and monitoring storage and distribution of goods at multiple warehouses
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Directing, optimising, and coordinating full order cycle
- Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters and other parties
- Working responsibly for the overall supply chain management
- Act as a liaison between the client and onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide timely support and solutions to client queries and requests
- Coordinate daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
- Assist in the documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions




- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

- Soft skills and excellent communication
- Knowledge of Logistics and the Warehousing industry
- MS Excel & MS Word Qualified Level
- Laptop Mandatory
- Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English (Other Languages would be an added advantage)

Qualifications

- MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
