Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year experience in HR or related field (preferably in recruitment).
- Solid understanding of human resource management principles, including talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders at all levels.
