Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver end-to-end training on US Mortgage processes (Origination / Servicing / Underwriting / Closing)
- Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and upskilling programs
- Develop training materials including SOPs, process documents, presentations, and assessments
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and real-time assessments
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted coaching
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to ensure process alignment
- Track and report training effectiveness (TNI, TNA, feedback, batch performance)
- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and client requirements
- Support transition training for new processes/projects Key Skills & Competencies:
- Solid domain knowledge in US Mortgage (Loan Processing, Underwriting, Closing, or Servicing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in classroom and virtual training delivery
- Good understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to handle multiple batches and meet deadlines
